Hello everyone!
This is just a quick post to let you know about the existence of this blog. We've got about five minutes before they call our gate for our flight from Heathrow to Abu Dhabi - the first leg of our journey to Delhi! We've checked in, and have enjoyed the most British meal we could find in anticipation of 8 and a half weeks without British culture (Georgia had a Chicken pie, Jon had a full English).
Admittedly, not much has happened yet on our adventure - other than it taking three attempts to successfully extract travel pillows and essential medicines from Jon's bag, repack it and secure it again. But we wanted to get the blog up and running now or we might never do it!
We'll update the blog again when something has actually happened - so watch this space.
